Postage and Turnaround 

All items are posted from Sydney, Australia.

$3.50 Flat Rate Postage on all items Australia wide! 

-Ready to post items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days from receipt of payment via standard postage (no tracking).

-All custom orders will be shipped within 4 weeks OR the date quoted in the listing OR in our communications.

-Please be sure your shipping address is correct when you checkout 

Estimated delivery times:

-Within Australia 5-10 business days depending on location

-Express and Registered/tracking postage is available upon request at an extra charge. Please contact us to arrange prior to placing your order.

-International orders: We are happy to ship worldwide for a flat rate of $15 AUD

Returns Policy

No refunds or exchanges.

We do not refund due to packages not arriving by a certain date. Please ensure you allow enough time for your package to arrive by the required date and request a shipping/price amendment to Express where necessary.
